Land Rover Service Agreement

Land Rover Service Agreement

A main service or a small service is carried out according to the vehicle-kilometre, which makes the costs different. In 2013, Land Rover introduced approved service plan options for customers who purchase the new Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport in 2014. It was assumed that these service plans would become a standard policy and would be marketed as an option for future new vehicles. The launch of Discovery Sports in 2015 proved this. These plans were then adopted for the 2016MY Discovery 4, which was put in place and expanded to 2017 All New Discovery and 2018 Range Rover Velar, so that every regular service we perform is performed to manufacturer standards to ensure that your vehicle is operating properly. All services include a checklist to check the quality of different parts of the vehicle. Only the original spare parts are used and the services are provided by technicians trained by Land Rover. Whether you want to distribute the fee or make a one-time payment, how your service plan is funded depends entirely on you. We also advise all potential buyers of new vehicles who have the opportunity to benefit from an approved service-pack and who therefore have their maintenance done by a franchised dealer, at Rovertune Ltd. we will be happy to take over at any time, throughout the five-year period, all their non-essential services and their „wear and tear items“ that are not covered by the service plan agreement. , such as accessory pads, brake and dusting disc redevelopment, exhaust and tire changes, as well as all other forms of vehicle maintenance and repair, etc. With respect to these items, we will continue to offer our customers substantial savings over the offers charged by major distributors, as it should be remembered that these items are calculated at the standard hourly rate of the primary retailer and not the very reduced work rate calculated for their use in approved service plans. Our work rate at Rovertune is currently about 50% lower than the standard rate calculated by local franchisees ($79 per hour versus $145 per hour, excluding VAT) and significantly lower than the prices charged by franchisees near and within the London area, so that for each item located outside the basic plan to achieve substantial savings.

Some of our customers who have recently purchased new Land Rover vehicles have not used the main dealer service packs, as they want to continue to benefit from the very high level of processing, customer service and competitive prices they have become accustomed to in the full range of work done so far by Rovert Ltdune on their vehicles. Others suggested that they would do the same by purchasing a new vehicle. We are seeing a gradual increase in the number of vehicles that would have qualified for approved service packs that come to Rovertune for service rather than their owners taking advantage of the maintenance opportunity of the main dealer.
